The academy operates under the auspices and governance of तालुका देवी मेमोरियल एजुकेशनल एवं वेलफेयर ट्रस्ट (Taluka Devi Memorial Educational & Welfare Trust / TDMA & Welfare Trust), established under the leadership of Founder & President Trustee Shree Nisha Devi Ji (श्रीमती निशा देवी वर्मा). Along with Board of Trustees including Manager Mr. Mahadev Verma and Trustee Mr. Rajiv Verma, the Trust is committed to creating a safe, disciplined, and positive learning environment where every child discovers their true potential.
